In just a few minutes you can reach the beautiful bays of Portals Nous and Cala Bendinat.
Main floor
The villa has high speed WIFI across all inside and outside areas, TVs are connected directly to the internet and a music sound system is available throughout the villa. The spacious lounge leaves nothing to desire with large Italian leather sofas, an interactive tv which disappears into the ceiling, to allow uninterrupted sea views when the windows slide fully open. The high and exclusive standard continues in the Italian kitchen with the latest Bosch built in oven, steamer and coffee machine, dishwasher, Wok hob, filtered chilled drinking water from the tap and wine fridge, lots of work tops and storage space and all what guests would expect from a high end ergonomically design. A dream for each (hobby-) chef. You can enjoy an indoor whirlpool, a sauna and also the in-house gym.

In the exterior area we can name one highlight after the other. The chlorine free pool (10m x 4,5m) can be heated and has a sun terrace with sun beds all around. In total you can choose from 3 sun terraces and enjoy the great outside sports bar with a full kitchen, including a gas and also a charcoal barbecue. For your entertainment you can enjoy a round of american pool billiard or table tennis and at night the outside cinema. Our young guests can enjoy themselves at the shaded children’s playground which is a pirate's ship. To complete with the high standart you have a roofed dining area and a full bathroom including a baby changing station in the exterior. You can reach the village of Portals Nous in only 10 minutes walking. The chic marina is filled with world leading luxury brand retailers, designer cars and yachts, fine dining and exclusive live entertainment. There are a number of attractions within easy reach of the villa too, such as the Katmandu Park or the Marine Land. The historic capital of Palma you can also reach within only a few minutes drive by car.
